Matt from bella blades shows a perfect example of how a business should be ran while at the same time showing the best customer service. I asked him to do a g10 scale for a spyderco dice, a material he usually trys to stay away from because it makes a mess and puts alot of dust and junk into the air, he has children and does not want them breathing that crap in obviously and he is also trying to switch from customizing to making his own knives. So originally he did not want to take the project on which was understable and i said thanks anyways. He messaged me back and decided he would take on my project. He told me he would work during the night while his kids are asleep in their rooms or during he day while they are out of the house. I asked him if there was any possible way to have it done and delivered before christmas, by the time he got the material and my knife this bring us to saturday i believe. So he started the knife sunday night had it finished by monday, shipped out usps express overnight delivery and it was dropped off at my door this morning(monday 9:30am). Me being a first time customer and him agreeing to take on a project that he does not normally do and getting it done that fast is un heard of. It shows that this guy cares about his customers and his business. Cant recommend this guy enough. He kept me updated through the process through text messages, was easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. Has great customer service, gets his work done as fast as possible and makes a great product. Felt the need to make this thread to help get his name out there evan more, hes deffinately worthy of it.
