Decided to drop by after recognizing the details on the Matt D tactical website. Can't say I have had that much fun spending money in while. I walked into a small shop with tons of great toys everywhere. Matt and his brother were extremely welcoming and all around great guys. We exchange a few stories and Matt brought out some prize customs to let me drool ever. This was by far one of my best knife experiences so far, and I have been around a little while
To everyone who has ever done business with me, I whole heartedly endorse Matt D. His is a good man and a straight shooter, he runs a tight business and takes care of you.
To everyone in general, I don't know about you but I love it when someone has a business because they love the product. Just talking steels turns into a pass around with great stories and just a good time is had. This is the reason that the term "knife people" is an accolade. Add a great inventory with awesome prices and you have Matt D tactical.

Crazy that I saw this... Good to know it's a good knife shop. They're hard t come by in VA. I'll be headed their way in a few weeks.

I've seen him and his brother at the Chesapeake show, have always wanted to pick up a few pieces from him. Can't afford the Striders anymore (had a good few). He and his brother seem like good guys.

If you're in VA, another good place to check out is Edgeworks in Frederick MD. He's been getting in a few Striders here and there, and has some Chris Reeve knives in stock, both fixed and folding. He can't match Matt D Tactical's Strider selection, at least what I've seen at shows.

007AgentZero is good people folks.

Passed by his shop yesterday. He has a cool knives shop/dungeon in the back. It's a relief to know a local dealer with better stuff than what the "sporting good shops" can't even dream of, especially in the Northern Virginia area (I live near Tysons Corner). It was a lot of fun even just chatting about knives.
