First I would like to thank everyone at Matt D Tactical for such a great experience, awesome customer service, and great product.
My search began a little bit ago for the infamous Sebenza 25, I'm not sure how I found Matt D Tactical, but I did. July 4th there site said they had the 25 in stock, which was a bit of surprise to me, cause I found them difficult to find. I ordered it then July 5th, the pest that I am had to call to reassure they were in stock, a gentle answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring, also surprised, and assured me they were in stock, and they would ship on Monday because of the holiday. Very understandable of course.
Then the pain in the butt that I am had to call Monday, a gentleman answered swiftly, got my name and said it's going out right now. Very nice and polite even considering my insecure behavior. He said it will be there wednesday. It came here at 2:00 Wednesday. Spot on. Also with e-mails and conformations.
I had to laugh, they drew a picture on the shipping box with a guy with a big smile, and a BF on the guys shirt. thanks again everyone at Matt D Tactical, and I have my eye on some other knives in your inventory. You ROCK.
