Ordered a Simonich Midtech from Matt at Matt D Tactical and everything about the experience was perfect. The Blade came in less than two days (ground), the knife was awesome ( how could it not be?) and everything else was great. Thanks a lot Matt...you the Man!!

I've ordered a light mount and an iShot case from Matt, and have been happy with his helpfulness and responsiveness. If there's a problem, Matt works to make it right. He's definitely one of the good guys.

placed a order with Matt Tactical on 10-13-2009
received email that the order was shipped on 10-16-2009 as of 10-29-2009 I have not received the order. I emailed Matt tactical about the order. on 10-29-2009. Matt T replied that I need to call them . What kinda crap is that . emailed me saying the order was shipped - so I would assume everything was fine. No Matt T acts like there was a problem. Maybe they should have sent me a email stating the order was shipped if there was a problem. Poor Business Practices and I have the emails and my account staing the order was shipped PDF ed if anybody would like to see the proof just email your email and I will send the proof to you. Likie I said if there was a problem why email me the order was shipped and now. And now 13 days later a bunch of crap from Matt tactical . Be aware of this kind of business practices and I will up date the problem.
 
Your first post here is slamming a well-respected and helpful business-person? I smell troll.

I can understand you might be upset if this is true, but I'm inclined to disbelieve it and wonder what is behind the attack. Not a good first post.
 
I ordered a SureFire backup about a year or so ago. He was the only one with it in stock, and had a great price... in fact it was the best price at the time!

I called to see if he had it in stock... He did and took my order, it was in my hands two days later!

No fuss... IMO Matt D runs a great estore, and I would be happy to buy from again :thumbup:

Plus he has the coolest stuff!!! :D
 
Just recieved my first Hinderer ordered from Matt! The shipping was fast and there was no hastle! The knife arived in great condition! Thanks Matt!
 
no way youre first post bashes a great seller.he held a knife for my friend for a month he was to buy for me in a trade.it was a hinderer and he could have sold it in a pinch.top notch all the way matt
 
Ordered a blade from Matt D this weekend, it arrived today. He quickly responded to emails, sent me additional pictures of the item with out me requesting it, and shipped super fast. Thanks Matt, I will continue to do business.
