For sale is my Matthew Martin tactical pen. The pen is great, I just can't find a refill I like. This is the second generation that comes in the tube and no wrench. I will include the current refill plus a new Fisher refill. Selling this for $100 PayPal and I will pay the fees. Free USPS priority shipping to CONUS only.
