Max Blade Length in NY State (not the city)

Hey I just want to know if I'm carrying over the blade length limit, I carry a BM 710 with a 4" blade. any help appreciated. thanks.
 
NYC is 4", and I think Yonkers has a blade limit but I am not sure ( heard it is 3"). The NYS Penal Law has no blade lenght written in it.
 
i'm pretty sure that ny is 6". maybe. don't take my word just yet. the cops up there are pretty lenient as long as you have an excuse, but it's pure hell down here in nyc. 4" only. If it has thumbstuds and you can "flick" it open fast enough, they count it as a gravity knife. It's gone. If they see a clip on yout pocket, they'll ask and if they like the knife, they're gonna take it.
