After a traumatic house move.

After weeks of withdrawal symptoms.

After weeks of struggling with my Internet service provider...

I'm now back on line! (Albeit with a geriatric dial-up connection :barf: )

Normal drivel will be resumed as soon as possible :D

For anyone who was wondering, I have now achieved a decades-long ambition and moved to the Hebrides. To be precise, Spiglet and I now own a small house on the beautiful Isle of Skye.

We have 1.4 acres of garden and a view off the east coast of Skye across the Narrows of Raasay.

We are very happy.

Anyway, slàn leibh to all my good mates here; I've got lots of catching up to do!

Hey, MO, good to see you. The Hebrides, eh? I've heard they have some pretty fair winter weather. You'll have to let us know how that goes .... ;)

Congrats on your move to the Hebrides, you might find the weather a bit hot and the Jewish alphabet hard to learn at first, but hang in there.:thumbup: :D

Isle of Skye? very nice!:). I'm jealous, I'm a Lewisman by birth and hope to move back some day.

Hope it's a nice, safe garden. If there's an old wooden post in it, and any time you're near it you hear a voice whispering "Pull, pull. I'll push, you pull", please do not pull it out. :)
