This was my first purchase from Eric. I was interested in a knife's grind. So he E-mailed me pictures so we could discuss it. Then he CALLED me back and we talked for 20 minutes. We talked about the knife (I bought), Microtech's, Vallotton's and Digital camera's. Smooth transaction. I got the Toshiba PDR-M5 instead of the Olympus C 2000z. I didn't want to fool with the batteries. Thanks Eric.
