Does anyone have one of these? What did you think about the quality? How much stuff can you put in it? Do you think that $116.90 is a good price for it? Please feel free to post pics. Thanks

I have ordered one the last week end, for $109 at ezeedeal on eBay. They provide free shipping to the US, so I think you can't go wrong.
it is the first time I order at their shop, but I have read good reviews about them.
I think Knifeworks has them at about this price too, but I don't know about their US shipping policy.

when I get mine I'll tell you how I like it

Knifeworks is where I am probably getting mine. There shipping is $6.95. Knifeworks does have them for $109.

Not too bad a pack. Maxpedition definitely does not make packs for those who are concerned about weight, but they are pretty beefy. I don't trust zippers all that much in general, and Maxpedition uses lots of them, but again they are huge zippers and have proven to be pretty bombproof too.

I have a Condor 2 loaded with fishing stuff and I must say it's a really nice little pack. Overnighter at the maximum given its size though. Great day pack.

I bought one for my daughter as a "school bag", the school makes her carry so much crap everyday she was eating up "normal" packs every month or so. The Maxpedition is so well built that it will last her thru college (she's 14).

I use mine as a daypack every day. I like to have space in the main compartment in case I go to the store and I carry a lot of other crap in the outer compartments. It will take a fair amount of gear, but I personally prefer something larger with a proper frame for hikes. Its more of a day-hike sort of pack.

Mine has held up well with the exception of one zipper on the main compartment, which does not knit the threads anymore. Its a PITA as I'd have to ship it back to them to have it repaired and that's a big expense. Also, they will not pay for shipping back to me, which I don't think is right.

So I'm living with it. Fortunately, there are two zippers on the main compartment, so its not a total disaster. The rest of the bag is pretty solid, but still... the zippers are a fairly important component IMO.

I would also have a look at the Tactical Tailor stuff. I hear good things about their 3 day packs. I added two TT canteen pouches to my bag.

I just received mine, and like it, but I have to get used to its stiffness, I am used to my old backpack which was way more flexible.

one thing I noticed that I didn't read about, is that you can remove the Y strap in front of the pack, in addition to the waist and thorax straps.
also, the main compartment's zipper opens only to half the height of the bag, which can be a good or a bad point depending on your needs. I personally would have prefer full height zippers.

the bag seems even sturdier than my fatboy versipack which still has to show any sign of wear (except for the collar string, which begins to wear out), so I don't think it'll suffer any kind of use I'll throw at it.

What's so practical about maxpedition stuff? Are they light? Are they watertight? Do they have back ventilation?
They sure look cool, but are they really recommended for outdoor activities?

I have one. Its too big for day pack duties IMO, and maybe not quite right for hike/camping. I got the lunada the other day for day packing. I'm wondering if the condor can be put on a frame?? I got mine on clearance for considerably less than that though.
