Both are dirty, have wear to the faces, minor scratches to the crystal (mainly on the AMW-3200), both are in need of batteries, and neither have bands.
NOTE on the Dial AMW-3200, I received this watch with a dead battery and never replaced it, therefore I can not say it will function if the battery is replaced.

Note on the stones: one 120 stone is fairly well used (it's the sideways stone in the first pic), but the second 120 stone isn't used at all.
Also the 220, 320 & 600 have seen very minor use.
