May I Please Vent A Little - I Need To

I agree with Peter. Tell Terry about your situation.
I own my own retail business, and if I have a salesman who's not taking care of business, I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT!
Nobody's gonna lose their job over one incident, so go on and take your complaint up the ladder...as high as you have to go.

My credit card is close to being limited and going over the limit is a $30 charge. So that's $30 bucks for convenience only (which I refuse to so foolishly do, again). I have the funds to clear it out but my problem is the mail is slower than the order I need to place. So, I mail the funds to clear the card and it costs me about an extra three days.

Well, there is something you can about this situation. Most credit cards allow you to pay online (through their website) with an electronic funds transfer from your bank or checking account. Payment is recorded the same business day. No need to worry about when your payment is going to be received (and recorded).

" Because if there's no consequence for crappy behavior there will be no incentive to be straight up"
There it is If we don't point out when things are not right and call attention to it . It continuues.
Did the majority want "UNDER GOD" taken out of the pledge? No
Does "HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON" replace "Merry Christmas" NO
The squeeky wheel gets the grease so start squeeking baby or we won't have anything left.
So MERRY CHRISTMAS.ONE NATION UNDER GOD, TEACH OUR HISTORY IN SCHOOL,and our RELIGION.

Rodger it is always the last straw that breaks the camels back. I see it was the pile you were talking about not the last straw.
I am lucky enough to be a hobby maker. I have a day job and sell only a few decent knives mostly I sell cheap letter openers to the local art gallery.
I tried ebay for a while a couple of years ago. The Us dollay was very strong
I could only buy 52c Us for one Aus dollar. I could afford to sell for the same nominal price in Us dollars as here. The exchange rate meant I could pay the $14 bank / money changer fees plus postage plus ebay fees and come out with about $1 less it only cost me an extra 3 hours work and $4 petol driving around to the post office.

I gave up selling cheap Items back then. The Aus dollar is much better now and I can buy 74c Us for my dollar. There is no way I am going to sell cheap items to the Us. Unless I give the customer a huge surcharge. I am not complaining I am just illustrating hang in there things may be turning around for you. International markets have cycles you may be about to get the good part now. With my strong dollar I have been buying where as a couple of years ago I was selling. The other people getting their cut is not going away any time soon.

On the neighbour hood thing 20 years ago I moved into an ethnic neighbour hood. I went fishing with my dad and got 14 dozen fish. I took dozens around to my neighbours. The ones that had come from southern europe all came around with vegtables. One laddy came over and showed me how to dig my garden. I understood one word in 30. The locals said thanks and shut the door in my face. I don't know what it means but I know who I gave the fish to next time.

Stay happy
Reg
