may the mexican rest in pieces

im guessing NOS (n2o) gives more of a boost than air but less than that of pure oxygen?

anyway, i would think why they recycle the exhaust gases is because they want to increase fuel economy

Now that you 'splained the car, the problem, the situation, tears are appropriate!
Sorry for your bad situation! Darn!
Hope by now you are again ridin' with pride!

Hood pins are your friend! Nice ride there, any forced induction?
Oh, also, Hemis ain't nothing new, just well marketed by MOPAR; hell, MkIV+ BB Chevys are semi-hemi

Nitrous Oxide acts as a carrier for oxygen. When injected, it breaks down in the combustion chamber and gives you more oxygen; first used in WW2 german planes (we stuck with water injection to cool the intake charge)

Then theres nitromethane =D

got pulled over today, again:cool: let me go for no front plate, state inspection, nitrous, and exhaust but got me for the county sticker that is now happly posted on the wind shield. i gotta prove i did it and then im outta the ticket.

i think, i think the reason why people don't use LOX for the same purpose as NOS is because it'll be freaking unstable at normal temperatures and be very very unsafe in the event of an accident

im not very sure about the enthalpy of combustion of n2o as opposed to o2 and nitromethane, but when we were doing AAS in the lab last time o2 burns hotter than n2o

The carbon fiber hood and rear look terrible.

What exactly is the point?

you know you would drive it lol

Hey, if they were giving away cars with carbon fiber hoods and trunk covers, yeah, I would happily drive it.

That said, I would NOT pay extra for the feature, and although we see a lot of it here in SoCal on Acuras, Suburus and Hondas, almost never on Rustangs.:D

I don't like the CF hood or rear.
I assume he's going to paint them.

Right??? You are going to paint them, right?!?

Carbon fiber body panels are nice for performance, but I wouldn't spend the money on them to replace good condition parts. KaBar's car got pretty beat up and needed new panels anyway, and it's meant for exhibition, so I see why he'd want them.

im gona leave them for the time being, i keep telling my self im only gona show the car and use that car on weekends but ive had it out every day this week so far lol

for the most part the people i meet like the carbon fiber, to each there own and shes mine for the time being so until shes sold then its gona stay the way it is.
