I still have this piece, and can't help to think it'd make a very nice gift
This is a small folding knife built by legendary knife maker Dan Burke ,who now resides in Newfoundland . Dan called this the " Butterbean " ,and the idea was ,a small non threatening knife that a lawyer in court could carry,or something for a woman's purse. The Mother of pearl covers are gorgeous. The blade is BG-42 premium cutlery ss,flat ground, with a hand rubbed satin finish. It is a slipjoint, with spring action. Liners & pins are ss. There is a picture of a US quarter on top to show the size. It comes with a small leather fleece lined storage pouch. In the day when Dan made these ( I think 6 in total) ,they sold for $650. ,so I have an attractive price on it. This would make a fine addition to your pocket knife collection,as well as a very, very unique gift. Thank You
Offering it at $325. ,includes shipping in the States & Paypal fee's
