I love both of these knives so I'm sure they'll both find two great new homes ala "if you love something let it go"..........OK, OK, the truth is I really, really need the $$$.
First up is a newly acquired, (but I'm not the original owner),
Mayo Large 6K TNT............
Great hole pattern, (7X3).....3 3/4" 6K recurve blade, perfectly centered, early lock up, smooooooth and solid. It's overall length is 8 1/2".......The clip is positioned for tip down carry.
The only thing keeping me from characterizing it as stone cold mint is the tinyist of scuffs on one edge of the clip.
SOLD, PENDING FUNDS
Next is one of three similar framelocks that Barry and Phillip made, it is actually a dressy Jones Bros knife! Of course it is built like a tank......
This Jones Bros Mammoth Framelock............
has a 3 1/2" hand rubbed, sewdged, recurved, drop point blade, (I am not sure of the steel, Maybe Barry or Phillip can chime in) and carries the older JONES BROS makers mark.........
The frame is orange peel and anodized bronze which really sets off the Mammoth Ivory overlay scale. The overlay bolster is Damascus, again Bary and or Phillip can help here regarding it's origin.
The blade is perfectly centered and I think it's the smoothest of their knives that I've owned. The lock up is early and as expected, absolutely rock solid. There is no clip but the frame is fitted with a lanyard hole. There is no backstrap, rather it has three steel standoffs.
SOLD, PENDING FUNDS
As you might expect, I'm not looking to trade.
Case and USPS shipping included..........overseas buyer pays the freight.
PayPal (split fee), Money Orders and Pers. checks OK
