After I read Bladite 's post, I will refer to this one as the Patrol Machete... M mbay1455 sent me this to sandblast, install stainless hardware and to sharpen. This is where we're at so far...

I really really like the sandblast finish...

Check out @Pàdruig's threads. He bought a freshly blasted Ritter RSK MKII from me and has put it through the wringer. It looks awesome with some use on it!

I’ve got another one l’ve stripped and sanded and will be sending to Dex soon for a parkerizing bath. When I’ve got them back I’ll post some comparison pics.

Since you haven’t sanded yet, and you know I’m in no hurry, seems you can still take advantage of possession and beat on it some and have some fun before blast and sand and return. Enjoy it.

That’s a sweet looking piece of steel. I’d imagine that model is long since out of production, right?
