I may be going on a multi-day kayak trip later this year. We'd be on the coast, stopping to camp overnight. There's no reason not to take 1 or 2 "real" kitchen knives for food preparation.
How does the MBS-26 hold up when exposed to salt water? How does it compare with VG-10 or AUS-8? 420J?
