MCNEES DIXON - SOLD
For sale is my Jonathan McNees Dixon that I received from Jon on 24 Dec 2015. Letting this go at maker's price... exactly what I paid Jon plus fees. Have too many knives coming in so a few have to go. With this Dixon, you will receive exactly what I did: Wonderful Kryptek-patterned padded knife case made by Jon's lovely wife, a signed COA, McNees decal, and a McNees velcro-backed patch.
I have never carried, used it, etc. It's flawless with superb details... a perfect representation of Jon's craftsmanship. Beautiful dark-bronze tumbled ano'd titanium scales with clean hole pattern... matching Ti pocket clip. Wonderful Green Micarta backspacer that goes really well with this finish. Blade is CPM154 dark-acid etched and tumbled, with nice functional gimping. Edge is original and sharp as hell. Action is quick... slightly stronger detent enables the blade to fly out wicked fast. Lockup is perfect with zero blade play in any direction. Blade is well-centered. See pics below.
SPECS: OAL is 7.5"; Blade Length is 3.25"; Blade width is 0.13"; Weight is 4.8oz; Blade Steel is CPM154; custom ano'd and hammered pivot, black oxide screws.
