Up for consideration are two hand ground McNeese PM Mac 2 3.5 knives.

Both like new.

Frag one does not list hand ground on the box, but was confirmed by Jonathan McNees that it was done by them.

Are the Mac's flat ground or hollow ground?

Could you put a straight edge across the grind to see if there is light under it?

I am pretty sure it is hollow ground, but can’t be positive. It feels like it to me, if you slide your fingers down both sides of the blade at the same time, it feels as if the blade curves in towards the edge as opposed to a steady/even/gradual taper like on a flat grind. That being said, I can’t be 100% positive. So if that’s a dealbreaker for you, do not buy it.

Note: Knife is still available as I have a couple others inquiring about it also.
