So I'm looking for another EDC knife and since I'm new to knives and this Japanese Co. is new to me. Their knives seem to be well made with decent steel blades and some nice woods to pick from. They mention that they are designed to work smoothLY. Anyone have any experience with them?

These knives rule in my experience. First off they come razor sharp out the box. Secondly they have great materials and fit and finish. You can get damascus blades for very reasonable prices. Mine have had good lockup with no issues as well.

Talk about sharp out of the box. Several years ago I dropped one (freezing cold in Flagstaff), that was open and it scrapped my lower leg. The result, 6 stitiches at the Flagstaff ER.

Excellent knives!! I have 2 and both are fantastic!!
Sharp out of the box??? Screaming edges!!

Mcusta (machined custom knife) makes a very good product, certainly worth the price. Remarkably sharp out of the box,
good materials and construction. One of the few Seki makers putting out "modern" folders. Mcusta used to make the
"Ice Storm" for Browning.

:thumbup:Have had nothing but great experiences (same as above posters).

I had one years ago and was really impressed with it. If you like what your seeing from them I think its well worth picking one up.

Sorry I've been out all afternoon, my dog completely ripped her ACL and needs a $2500 operation:(

Wow so many good replies, I guess all I have to do is to pick a model and wood. I've been looking for
about 3/4 weeks.

I really like the looks of so many of their knives. Thanks Jim

I would love to find a Browning Ice Storm.

Yeah I missed out on that Ice Storm. That was such a good deal. Great price for a knife like that.

Ive owned 3 and all are top notch knives! Never owned a wood handle one though, i bet they do an excellent job with it. I haven't seen one i dont like, and of three ive owned, quality are equal to each other. Just pick the one you like the most :)

Been drooling on these for a while, the Katana and the Tactility specifically. It's just a matter of color availability before I press the Purchase button.

I like all of mine, but this is the one that I carry most of the bunch:

Sweet blade Greg!!
Here are my 2. Amazes me they can do such a nice build for the price.
Have these for about a year and they are great blades!
