Yes, there is a version 2. All good things are built upon.

I was asked for a longer bladed MDTT. I was also asked for a pocket sheath. Here they are.

The MDTT 2 offers a longer, more spearpoint blade (3 1/4 in) and an overall of 6 3/8 in. It is from the same bandsaw steel and leather/cord handle. These will come with a pocket sheath.

Asking $45 shipped (yep, same price). Paypal preferred to parang1@comcast.net

Until df officially comments, I will hazard a guess that these have convex grinds. I just bought one of these from another forum as they have a nice rustic and unique look. Also the ergonomics of Dave's designs and the typically super sharp edge make them an easy grab for tasks.

these look great David..:thumbup: my MDTT is one scary little knife, it see's a lot of use in the shop..

I lik that new blade shape to David. Absolute killer knife at a steal!
