So I always loved knives since I was young and in my teens i started to appreciate them more, I remember when i bought my first knife with my own money a black winchester from bass pro shop in Springfield Missouri. I loved that knife and had it a long time, then when i was 18 i bought what was in my mind my first "nice" knife a blue kershaw scallion which i still have, and i loved the blue color. Well after 3 years of abuse i decided to look for another quality knife and saw the brand spyderco floating around online, loved how they looked, and eventually ran into the knife that start the obsession: The Sage 3 - blue g10. Absolutely my favorite knife for a long time. Then one day i decided for some reason to take it apart and clean and accidentally broke part of the g10 back spacer and couldn't get it back together still in pieces in a box to this day :( So now at present day i have a pretty good collection of knives. Recently sold my zt 0561, too big for me and was looking at the 566 instead, then i randomly happened to look at the domino again, seen it before but wasn't crazy about the carbon fiber. Took a closer look at it and found what may be my perfect dream knife for me, the blue g10 model from bento box! I think it will be perfect for me ( ordered it shortly after finding it lol) because: i like flippers, spyderco, frame locks, smaller sized edc blades, and the color blue! So I'm super excited about it wanted to know what y'all thought of the domino. Sorry this was so long, can't believe you took the time to read.
Thanks!

I got the bento box version, I really like it. The blue g10 is one of the best looking colors out there.

I don't know anything about the Domino, but I'm sure it's a fine blade. I look forward to reading more about your collection.

A good looking knife. The great thing about finding your perfect knife is the fact that you will never need to get another knife.

Right until you find your next perfect knife.

I never warmed up to the Domino. At it's price point it's not a great flipper; ZT's, Kizers and the cheap Reates flip better. Also the Domino exemplifies the genetic shortcoming of many Spydercos. It's height and pocket profile are very fat in relation to blade length. It rode far too wide in my pocket for usable cutting edge. I have the same complaint of the Sage series. So far Spyderco hasn't made a flipper that I'd consider a great flipper.

Lots of people love the Domino though and that blue is sweet! Since you already loved your Sage, I bet you'll love the Domino: real similar feel.

You are gonna love it!! Domino blue twill and all black Southard are my favorite Spydies!!
Excellent flipper and the hope is usable also. Great flip action!
