Keith- this was an oil quench. Parks 50. I have been getting pretty good hamon on most of my blades lately. I need to talk to someone, maybe at the Seattle show, about better polishing methods, then get both some polishing materials and some practice.

This particular blade was requested to be as dark as possible so that knocks down some of the fine activity, but it's there as it is in most of my blades now. I can see it in good light and after multiple etches. I just need to bring it out more.
