Knife and fork set.
Knife is forged closest to shape from 52100 steel bar to 3/32"0" thickness at the touchmark.
Well balanced (balance point at the touchmark), it will be a great kitchen tool. It feels great in the hand and it's razor sharp.
Spine and heel are rounded.
Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are finished with scotch brite.

The knife weights 5,6 oz and with sheath is 8,1 oz
Handle material:beautiful piece of stabilized walnut, black G10 liners, brass pins.
Handmade 4mm thick (0,16") vegetable tanned leather sheath, no belt loop, just a blade protection.
Fork is forged to shape from 5160 steel bar. Hot filed and hot wire brushed.
Soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale.
13" overall length, same handle material as knife.
