Hello everybody!
First ever meat cleaver! It was really fun making this one!
Steel: 1095 high carbon steel.
Handle: Wenge wood with carbon fiber tubes.
Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 30 cm - 11.81''
Blade lenght: 16.5 cm - 6.49''
Blade widght: 8.5 cm - 3.14''
Blade thickness: 5 mm - 0.196''
Handle lenght: 13 cm - 5.11''
It has a convex grind, differentially heat treated. There is a hamon which is visible with daylight.
It comes with a leather blade cover.
