Meat Grinder Knives

My wife hunts and I have processed up to 100 pounds of meat at a time with STX INTERNATIONAL STX-3000-TF. It is a best meat grinder. I do make and stuff sausage with it, we have a smokehouse and enjoy making our own smoked sausage.
