This has 200 rounds of 115 gr Winchester ammo through it with 0 problems. I bought this new, it is considered an accessory and does not need to ship to your FFL. Turns your G-19 ( NOT INCLUDED) into a 9mm carbine with a 16" barrel. It only uses the glock's frame.

It will also come with a vortex spitfire 1x (unused just mounted). and a small fore grip.
