Mechanical Pencils - 0.3mm Goodness & Others

I'm in the mood for a new pencil, but few items currently available appeal to me more than my money right now. Someone needs to make a new model or a new company needs to enter the market!
 
I ordered a ChartPak Rapidomatic in 0.3mm from www.draftingsteals.com. From the photo and name, I'm guessing it's made by the same manufacturer that makes Koh-I-Noor's Rapidomatics. I liked it because of the color ... an unusual pale, light green.
 
I decided to peruse this thread and noticed that Rotring doesn't make the "old" style 600's anymore!!!!! and reading reviews of their replacement, the new ones are art pieces first and drafting tools second. I checked on ebay and noticed that the old ones go for $30 - $90!!!!!!!

So a set of three is going to cost me at least $100. Dang!
