SOLD!! Up for sale today is a Medford Praetorian T. This has the tanto blade shape with the matte black oxide coating. The knife is in perfect shape, and I would list it as LNIB, however there is a small blemish near the pivot on the lockside that I attempt to show with the pictures. Based on the condition of the rest of the blade and handles and the placement of the blemish, I would assume that it came from the factory this way. The blade has the factory edge and is still razor sharp. The handles are full Ti with a heavy stonewash. There are no scratches or snail trails on the handles or the pocket clip. It has cut a few pieces of paper, but other than that it has seen no use or carry. Lockup is bank-vault solid with zero blade play, and blade centering looks good. This knife is very smooth, but I can tell that it will smooth out even more with some use and break-in.
This knife includes all the original Medford gear in near perfect condition: the pelican knife case, Medford cardboard box, Medford dog tag, clear plastic business card, knife care instructions, and warranty slip. For some reason this won't let me upload the photo of all the gear or the photo of the closeup on the blemish. If you would like to see these photos, send me an email and I will get the pictures to you.
I am looking to get $550 OBO for this blade, feel free to make an offer. I will consider trade offers as well for other mid-techs, but would prefer to sell outright.
Overall, this is an excellent specimen of the Medford Praetorian T, and is a great blade that is built like a tank to handle anything you throw at it.
Thanks.
