I have arthritis in my thumb joints and this model just requires a consistent and smooth "push and pull" compared to some other OTFs I have tried. I am mainly a folder guy, so it is probably just me & my crappy joints lol. Either way, I only keep the knives I use, and this one just does not fit my collection & needs. I am sure someone else would prefer to own it.
