Medium Busse

So far I own a Ruck, BWM, Rucki, and Waki, as well as many HI kukris. Looking for a medium sized Busse. I've been considering the Team Gemini Light Brigade since I could get the exact colour combo I want and no second markup. I've also been considering the ASH-1 and Boss Jack as well but also like the Steel Heart, and Natural Outlaw.

Could you recommend some of the more common ones I should consider....it took me forever to find a Ruck at a good price. Also I'm not the most fluent with all of the Busse acronyms.

Thanks for your help.

The TG is a great choice, especially at factory prices.

I don't like a top guard in a woods knife. (I carried a full guard knife for years with no real complaints, but it does limit thumb placement).

Might take a look at the Sar Squatch as well.

Great medium sized knife.

Can double as a campkitchen knife too!

Yea the top guard is one of things that has me hesitant. I am in the army reserve, but this would most likely just be a woods knife for me.

That is my favorite color combo I've seen pics of thus far. Would love to see that handle with a competition finish!

50 bucks for the Combat Master... i think it's 40 for the cheaper one

I bought a TGLB and a CM sheath... hope to see em soon

For a medium sized Busse, depending what you want to use it for, you could try and get a Pork Shank in the ganza Monday night.

Can you define 'medium size' a little better? There are many choices from 5" - 8". What tasks do you expect to do with it? Do you prefer thin or thick?

+1 for the SARGE7! Factory prices ATM =)

Edit: I imagine the NMSFNO will be receiving a lot of love as well.

In my opinion the boss jack is in a different category from the TG, ASH, SH, and even the NO. It is a much smaller blade than the others. I like them all, but the TG factory direct would be the way to go. But +2 for the SAR7

Sarge 7, Team Gemini, NMSFNO. All good, all quite different.
The double cut Sarge7's are good bang for the buck.

Yea between 5" to 8". An all around camp knife is what I'm looking for. I haven't really thought about thickness but I'm thinking along the lines of BWM though....most of the Kukris are thicker and most of my production knives are thinner.
