Medium Zermatt sheath for Farmer?

I saw a similar thread on another forum and the fellow glued a piece of foam inside to snug up the fit on his ALOX knife. I like those Zermatts for Swiss Champs, Champions etc but never tried one for Farmers since I use necker sheaths.

Necker sheaths?
Please explain, and post a pic or two if you do not mind.

Available intermittently on the bay...I have about 10 or so now...these are my EDC ones. When I gift an ALOX to family, a necker goes with it.

The newer ones are more rounded. Here are my others that get paired with a Pioneer/Farmer/Soldier and get stowed in my emergency bags.

I've wanted one of those cool neck sheaths for awhile , so I contacted the guy on the Bay a couple of weeks ago after seeing your ones SAK Guy . He said he is going to do another run of SAK sheaths soon and will let me know before he posts them up for sale .
He seems like a good guy on the brief messages we have exchanged .
I notice that in your pic above some are longer than others , is that the different models of knife ?

On the subject of putting foam inside the Zermatt sheaths .
I personally wouldn't use foam for a number of reasons , use leather .

He is a great guy!

That's a mixed bag of Pioneer/Farmer sized ones over about a 3 year span so I believe he was perfecting/refining the design. They all work great!

Glad he's doing another run, I need some more.

Awesome, thanks for the info and pics!
I hope that you will indulge another question...
Do they stay in place merely by friction, or is there some other means to secure them?

They are precision molded to fit by friction...the fit is REALLY tight. No worries about ever losing your knife!

I can't tell any but then mine already have a few miles on them. They do still appear uniform in appearance, i.e. no additional wear on the scales in the contact areas.
