Just got mine in today and thought the same thing: point is super thin for such a thick knife. Also the bronze coating looks nice but seems very slippery. I think I would have more faith prying with my original over the new one. This might be a catch-and-release for me.Got mine in comp today. It has a very nice feel for a skeleton knife. Very robust but I dont think I'll be trying to pry anything with the point. I think it's thinner at the point that any other Busse/Kin I've owned except for maybe a Scrapmax 375 I used to have.
