Yes I’m regretting not getting a comp too. Even thought about stripping mine lol but you never know what level of tooling marks await you underneath the coating.

Dang. No ding yet. Guess they DO gotta ramp up production for my order tho. ;) :p

No ding here either :(

And I guess with the state of the world ATM I’m probably looking at conversion of weeks to months for international shipping (not Swamp’s fault) & delivery time...

Got mine in comp today. It has a very nice feel for a skeleton knife. Very robust but I dont think I'll be trying to pry anything with the point. I think it's thinner at the point that any other Busse/Kin I've owned except for maybe a Scrapmax 375 I used to have.

It looked real sweet out of the box after some simple green cleaned the blade.

After I got it all goopy and grimy with food grade rust inhabitant, aka bbq sauce, it still looks quite sweet.

The markings of each individual blade will be like fingerprints.

Just got mine in today and thought the same thing: point is super thin for such a thick knife. Also the bronze coating looks nice but seems very slippery. I think I would have more faith prying with my original over the new one. This might be a catch-and-release for me.
