Meet "The Ritters"

How are you all getting so many Wilkins? I can never find one to buy. I passed on one a year ago in the exchange Ritter blade and all, I regret it now.
I EDC my full sized Ritter Grip and would love a handle upgrade.

You can always try Cuscadi. They are pretty reasonably priced. Right now Wilkins is sold out of all his large grips

The addiction continues :)

Very nice! I was on the search for a translucent green scale but it seems Wilkins is out of that business. Finally gave up and went with another maker.

Can you get a set of Wilkins in smooth titanium? That would look awesome on my satin Grip. By the way, nice collections guys!

Me.
I made the scales that you see in the first few pics. The Brown Canvas Micarta are the ones on the standard & mini Ritters that look kinda orange or reddish. There are a couple in Black Paper Micarta. These are the ones with the Griptilian blade in them. The only scales pictured above that I didn't make are the ones in pics #6 & #8.

I am trying to figure out how these Ritter models clearly differ from the regular 556 mini Grip. It is obvious that the steel is S30V, and the blade seems
a little wider. Are there full liners, or are they nested as in the regular model?
The aftermarket handle scales look nice. Is there any problem getting them on or does the knife sort of explode apart when you take off the regular scales?
Just kidding about "explode" but some knives can be a problem getting back together.
I'd appreciate any feedback or corrections.

You are correct, the clear differences are Steel type and blade shape.
Liners are nested just like the standard Griptilian.

No, not really any problem. It's pretty straight forward and no springs will fly across the room while you do it.
 ;)

Nice work on those!

Tixx, I'm jealous! Great collection of Ritter Gripps. Too rich for my blood with the Wilkins scales, but maybe one day

Keyman is a hard act to follow. Here's my cucscadi 558DLCM4

I really like this keyman, what's it made out of? I like the departure from the standard shape.
