Jim,
I'm with you, I like big folders! But I'm just a lowly engineer. I would like to design a BIG CUDA but need support from outside! Would all others supporting a "Big Honkin' CUDA" please post to this thread

That was Mr. Gibbs, moderator of the Camillus forum replying to a post from Jim March. If you want a MegaFolder, please post your comments in the Camillus forum. All of us MegaFolderians must make use of any sympathetic ear we can find! Make your voice heard! POSTPOSTPOST!!!!!!!

To make things easier.....

Just a little update for those who might have missed out. Phil Gibbs ran the idea of a megafolder though management, and it wasn't shot down, so it IS possible for Camillus to produce one. Right now Phil is soliciting design comments and Ideas, so if you haven't checked it out yet, the link in the first post still works.

That's good news! Now we just need to bitch at other companies(Spyderco, BM, MT, etc.) enough to get them to consider the idea too.

Spoon,

Trust me, I, and many others, have b***hed, whined, groaned, moaned, and complained. I have all but called people p*****s. Camillus jumped at the idea when Jim March approached them, and Phil Gibbs took the idea to his managers almost instantly. Other companies have thought about it, others dragged their feet, and worried about offending some bleeding heart by making a big knife (I have yet to see Henkel's or Forchner get cold feet when it comes to making big kitchen knives, which are what is generally used for less than legal purposes). Camillus deserves great praise for listening to us.
