Thought I would share an lt wright customer service experience. I emailed about 2 months ago now and asked if they would choose the most green Gns as the colors fluctuate. They said they would do me one better and send me pics of what they had on hand. Awesome I thought. However it would take a month before they had any more made. Okay. A month later I email them and they don't respond for a week. Once they respond they tell me they sold all the stock that had gotten. Said they would get another shipment in and would take pictures. They still haven't emailed me a month later. I ended up buying a used one on ebay. Amazing knife and I love it. I will do business with them again, but the response time is a little lacking.
So once again. Meh. Could be worse, but could be better.
