I had one of his customs that was like new, but had a sloppy lock with some verticle blade play, so I emailed him about that and to see if he's convert it to tip-up carry for me.
NO PROBLEM! I got an email right back from him. He was very nice and said he would do both at no charge and only asked for some cash for shipping. It took around 2 weeks from when I shipped it to when I had it back in my hands again. Wow.
He included a nice letter appologizing about the lock needing to be fixed, explaining what he did, and why he included two sets of different length clip screws - how I needed to use the different length screws depending on whether I attached the clip for tip-up or tip-down carry due to the design of the knife.
Super guy. That's some seriously good service!
