Melon tester style folder

Hey guys, I'm coming here from multitool.org to ask for help in getting a good quality melon tester style folder for my job. Would be used on citrus 99.9999% of the time. Would really just appreciate having a quality knife instead of the cheap schrade I get issued. Just the single blade is enough. Need it nice and thin with the ability to hold an edge. Anything more specific we can talk about once I see that a knife
Maker has any interest in making this. Thank you!

For this specific task, it seems like holding an edge means resisting acid. This sounds like a situation where a Titanium blade would be a good idea. Just saying.

What citrus do you cut that is so large that it requires a melon knife?

I just mean the melon tester style. Even the smaller bladed knives are called melon testers for some reason. It would be mainly oranges though. I've never had a titanium blade. That's an interesting idea.
