I remove paint from one of them and tried Dounle Cut Sand Blasting then new Edge.

May i share further idea.
The handle of this ASH, I melted down the angle and make the handle more rounded. The most important point was after melting i Sand Blast the handle also while doing double cut on the blade surface.

Please observe the texture of the Micarta handle. The fabrique was shown out. This really make the hand feeling much better while using the knife and also eliminating slippery.

That's a great job on the bead blasting and the haft re-shaping. I've sanded a few of my smaller EDC Busses in Micarta and G-10 and haven't lost any grip ability. When the smooth Micarta gets wet it is amazingly tacky and easy to grip. Keep it up and let us see the results.
