Members Can't Private Mesage Me

I had a gold member tell me that they had problems sending PM's when clicking my username
 
If the other member has reached their capacity of PMs' it would bar them from sending one to you.

Check of the box next to the title of PMs you want to delete, and then when the little option box pops up click Leave Conversations.

When I checked only one PM, the option box was and the way bottom of the page and I had to scroll down. When I checked two it jumped up to where I could see it.

When looking at your inbox, there is a small box in front of each conversation. Click the box in front of each conversation you wish to remove. A pop-up will appear. Click "leave conversation"

If you want to flat out remove every conversation, there is a link at the top left of your inbox that says, "select all". The pop-up will appear. Click, "leave conversations."
