I got the following sorted out from last week ...
(7/30/21)
I recently (7/27/21) upgraded my membership from gold to platinum. However as soon as I upgraded … it already put me at 50% of messages allowed. First 250 (gold) was $30 … now I’m at $60 more and still getting only 250 messages available. So I’m basically at $90 for 500 messages. Any clarification or help would be appreciated.

Now that I have figured how to "clear out my messages" ... Is there any chance I could get a partial prorated refund on my Platinum membership ?
I was under the impression that after my 250 (gold) I had to upgrade in membership and not just simply delete (leave) messages to make room for additional.
I was fine with the 250 and really don't need the 500. You can check my messages I sent through the contact us button, my DM's I sent out, and the date of my Platinum purchase while my Gold was not expired. I was trying to figure how to get additional message and thought you had to purchase was the only way.
