Paid for the Gold Membership on Feb 13 (PP transaction id. 0JJ67507PY0473116).
However, can't seem to be able to make the upgrade in the profile page. Tried the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page but thus far nothing. Can't PM Spark either until my Gold membership is activated again:( Any suggestions would be appreciated.
