Membership Restrictions?

Good day. When I joined this forum I was allowed to post and reply to threads. After a few weeks those privileges were revoked. In order to ask this question I registered again using a different email address. Is there a limit to how long a free membership remains active?

If this was you, it got banned for being a duplicate account.

Now I have another problem. I registered the new account Kildeer1 under a new email address. This is because my work recently changed our email policy, and I need to migrate non-work-related email elsewhere. But Bladeforums changed it to the old email address. Now, when I try to change to my alternate email address I'm told "email is in use. New email address must be unique." I need help to resolve this.
 
The only thing I can do for you is un-ban the other account, and if you can get in, then I'll ban the Kildeer1 account. But you can only have one.

I'll un-ban it in a moment. Post back in here if you were able to sign on.
 
Done...so now, let me know if you can get in and make whatever updates you need, and which account you want to remain active.

Otherwise, only the site owner can help you.
 
Can you completely delete Kildeer, then maybe I could change the email address of Kildeer1. Right now it won't let me because it says the email address I want to use is already in use.
 
No, I can only ban or un-ban. I cannot delete an account.

Can you log into Kildeer? If so, can you change the address on that one? If so, we can just ban Kildeer1. If you can't get in to Kildeer, then I'll re-ban it and you'll have to continue with Kildeer1 and just supply a new email address.

Let us know.
 
I was able to change the email address in Kildeer1 to an address that is not my work address. I'lll just continue to use Killdeer1. Thank you for helping me.
