Membership upgrade error after payment

    Can someone please upgrade my account? I just paid through PayPal and received an error but still got billed. Thank you

    Same issue... Paid for Platinum but can't see where to update status--please help!

    The system is supposed to update it for you. Got a PayPal receipt or such? If so post the receipt reference number so @Spark has something to check.
