Membership upgrade

Hi I went through the membership upgrade but I selected paypal as the payment option, but not through the paypal only option as I had not seen that one until after I paid. Its been four days and I haven't received an upgrade or information and will gladly pay the $5 additional for the paypal but I'd like confirmation or some information on what to do.
 
Click the link below in my signature which says "update your user group" and then you can change to your gold status. (It's just waiting for your action.) We can't do it for you.
