Membership upgrade

Just wondering when my platinum membership is gonna kick in. Ordered it a couple of days ago and still waiting. My trans. Number is 3ht079292x379353u. Paid with paypal. I cant wait to be a paying subscriber.

I paid for a platinum membership three days ago and still havent been upgraded. I have posted a message here already and havent gotten a response. If you need my trans number you can find it in my last thread. I love this forum enough to spend 50bucks on it and so far were off to a bad start. Please help.

Hey, you can go to settings > permission groups to see if your platinum membership is there. Then you select it and you are done. If its not there, then Mr. Spark or someone else will help you. :thumbup:

The settings link is on the top right of this screen. Permission groups is one of the many links you will then see on the far left side of the page.

You don't need to start multiple threads. The first one was sufficient so I'll merge the two. Sometimes memberships purchased with Paypal take a little extra time. Sometimes there are problems and we (the mods) can't see them. Spark will be along soon to let you know what's up. All will be well and thanks for supporting the site.

Thank you rycen. Thats what i was thinking but theres no way to know that. I see alot of threads about the same problem and the answer is always go to settings etc. i couldnt find this group permissions thing and was startin to worry that im some kind of idiot that cant follow simple directions. Anyway any word on how long the wait may be.
