Click that and follow the prompts.

Yeah ,I know all about that,thats for U.S residents though,i'm in Canada,anyone know what a Canadian gotta do to get it upgraded?

Looks like Josh has you covered. If you click his link it has a spot for non-US and it brings up another order form...looks like it cost's you $5 more, your gold membership is $30.
