This is a miniature Dog Leg Jack,Rick likes to call the "Pup Leg"
It was built about 15 months ago & has been in the safe. So ,condition is pre owned,un used,excellent .
Beautiful mammoth ivory,nice blue color.Very nicely rounded. Real nice fit & finish ,perfect spring tension.The blade & spring is 154 CM ss.Hollow grind,satin finish.Long nail pull,perfect swedge.Pinched & fluted bolsters,satin finished.
The sizes are :
2-3/4" closed
2" blade,tip to bolster (1/16" thick at back spine)
1-7/8" cutting edge
4-5/8" opened up

I think,this is one of three,that Rick has done of this size pattern,this is a "fancy" one.Storage pouch included.

My 53 yr old sister did it,just now,as a test .She opened it to half stop & said,it's not that hard to do.She has no experience with this type of knife
I did not want her to try to open it all the way,'cause I could forsee the accidint,since it is like a scalpel
Ritt,I can pinch it too,but for me,I got bigger fingers & its tight,but do able

Looking at this knife further,it is so small,I think it was not built with the intention of piching it open (it's do able,but...),even though the full size version is very pich able
It's the tiny proportions .I think someone with figernails will be better suited to open it.
