MercHarness with a folder?

I just picked up a MercHarness with the CRKT Triumph which I like ok. However, I'd rather have a different knife. I removed the cord from the handle and I really like its slim fit and low weight, but the blade isn't one that I particularly like. I've been looking at some other small fixed blade knives, but I just can't find one that i like well.

I do however have a recent Spyderco kick, and I'd like to try to carry a Spyderco folder with the MercHarness. I could have sworn that I've seen a waved Spyderco with a neck sheath that opened the knife as you removed it. I'm trying to find where I saw this at, does anyone know?

I feel like I'm rambling... so:

1) What Spyderco folder would work well underarm w/ a MercHarness? I have a fully serrated Atlantic Salt (which I love), but I might like something that has at least a 1/2" plain edge (like the Salt I). I'm wanting a knife that would be suitable for light water rescue work.

1a) Is it possible to have any Spyderco open upon being removed from a neck sheath? Which ones?

2) What would be some other options for a nice small knife? I've been eyeing a Gossman PSK knife for a while,

3) Thoughts? Comments?
