It's our favorite for Christmas Dinner - ordered an 8 lbs Angus standing rib roast Friday, picking it up noon on Monday. Gotta dig out that Buck 120 stag and let it earn its keep once more. OHFunny, we've eaten beef roast a lot of Christmas dinner. It is a nice break from the thanksgiving meals. I didn't know it was traditional in the old country.
Merry Christmas all, and thanks for the chancepmek5 .
I've used my Buck 192 on a few roasts.
