Merry Christmas what Traditional knife did you get or going to use on this day

These are my Christmas treats from America to myself. Happy Christmas to all, but especially Big Biscuit, one of the nicest people to grace our world.

Happy Christmas everyone :) Just a flying visit as I have guests, but you are all in my thoughts my friends  These two are new to me today, an Enzo Elver in D2 and an Hirohaki Ohta Higonakami

My mom used to always say, "Christmas is a time of surprises!" So I don't know if I have any knives coming my way today; if I do, I'll try to stop back with an update. (Actually, a week ago, I received a Priority Mail box from someone named Ron in TN, and inside was a note instructing that the card and package in the box were NOT to be opened until Christmas! Following those instructions has been a real test of character, especially since, to an optimist like me, the wrapped package has a size and shape consistent with a box that could contain a knife.)

Even if I don't get a knife today, I did get myself a couple of "gift sets" earlier this month, so I'm set! :D

You should always open the box before you read the note!

I can't find my ivory Merry Christmas/Happy New Year pen knife this year; I hope I've hidden it and it will turn up.
This one is less than a year old to me; it's my dad's favorite brand, though he preferred an equal end with spear points, the flatter and lighter the better.

No knife under the tree, but one en route and a rope knife will follow asap.
I use a fishtail to open boxes and cut paper. That slim blade cuts like a razor.

Sure does. I'm using mine for everything that doesn't involve paint, caulk, or tar.
I was going to get a parapluie queue, but I got distracted and now a Kershaw and a CRKT are due New Year's Eve.

Happy holidays to all! :)

Funny thing, my Dad collects Case, so I put a new release antique smooth bone mini coperlock in his stocking. Guess what I found from him in mine, a mini copperlock

Quick snap of my Christmas Schrade!!!

An unused Jim Bowie Commemorative from '75 w/ leaflet and warranty card!

John Lloyd trapper. Unfortunately I can't remember what the scales are made of. The knife is very light but very sharp. Positive snap! Nice walk and talk. It my "dress" knife at the moment.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I got a progress pic of my new Ohta :D
